While we strive for perfection in every order, we understand that sometimes products may need to be returned or exchanged. Our policy is designed to be as seamless as our back-to-wall toilet units.

Our Return Promise

We offer a 15-day return window from the date of delivery for most of our bathroom products. Your satisfaction is as important to us as the quality of our anti-slip shower trays.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following products cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Basin wastes & traps
  • Bath wastes & traps
  • All bath and shower accessories that have been opened or used
  • Custom-made or specially ordered bathroom furniture
  • Bathroom flooring that has been cut or installed

Return & Exchange Process

Step 1: Initiate Your Return

Within 15 days of receiving your order, please email our customer service team at [email protected] with:

  • Your order number
  • Product name(s) you wish to return/exchange
  • Reason for return
  • Whether you prefer a refund or exchange

Step 2: Receive Return Authorization

Within 2 business days, we’ll email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed return instructions. Please include this RMA number with your return package.

Step 3: Package and Ship Your Return

Please repackage the item(s) securely in their original packaging with all accessories and documentation. Ship to:

Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or defective product.

Step 4: Processing Your Return

Once we receive and inspect your return (typically within 5 business days after arrival), we’ll process your refund or exchange with the same efficiency we apply to our bathroom lighting installations.

Refund Details

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within:

  • Credit/Debit Cards: 5-7 business days after approval
  • PayPal: 3-5 business days after approval

Original shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of incorrect or defective items.

Exchange Process

For exchanges:

  1. Follow the standard return process above
  2. Once your return is approved, we’ll ship the replacement item
  3. You’ll receive tracking information for your new order

If the exchange item is of higher value, you’ll be invoiced for the difference. For lower value items, we’ll refund the difference.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged item or incorrect product (like a bar mixer shower instead of the basin pedestal you ordered):

  1. Contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage or incorrect item
  2. We’ll arrange for a free return label if needed
  3. Receive priority processing for your replacement or refund
