Shipping Information
Order Processing
We process all orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Shipping Methods
We offer two reliable shipping options to deliver your bathroom essentials:
- Standard Shipping (£12.95):
- Carrier: DHL or FedEx
- Delivery time: 10-15 business days after dispatch
- Includes full tracking
- Free Shipping (Orders over £50):
- Carrier: EMS
- Delivery time: 15-25 business days after dispatch
- Includes basic tracking
Note: Delivery times may vary for remote locations. We currently cannot ship to some parts of Asia and certain remote regions.
Returns & Exchanges
We stand behind our products with the same confidence we have in our anti-slip shower trays. If you’re not completely satisfied, we’ll make it right.

Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Basin wastes & traps
- Bath wastes & traps
- Opened or used bath and shower accessories
- Custom-made or specially ordered bathroom furniture
- Bathroom flooring that has been cut or installed
Return & Exchange Process
Step 1: Initiate Your Return
Within 15 days of receiving your order, email our customer service team at [email protected] with:

- Product name(s) for return/exchange
- Reason for return
- Your preference (refund or exchange)

Within 2 business days, we’ll email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed return instructions. Include this RMA number with your return package.
Step 3: Package and Ship Your Return
Repackage the item(s) securely in their original packaging with all accessories and documentation. Ship to:

Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or defective product.
Step 4: Processing Your Return
Once we receive and inspect your return (typically within 5 business days after arrival), we’ll process your refund or exchange with the same efficiency we apply to our bathroom lighting installations.
Refund Details
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within:
- Credit/Debit Cards: 5-7 business days after approval
- PayPal: 3-5 business days after approval
Original shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of incorrect or defective items.
Exchange Process
For exchanges:
- Follow the standard return process above
- Once your return is approved, we’ll ship the replacement item
- You’ll receive tracking information for your new order
If the exchange item is of higher value, you’ll be invoiced for the difference. For lower value items, we’ll refund the difference.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged item or incorrect product (like a bar mixer shower instead of the basin pedestal you ordered):
- Contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage or incorrect item
- We’ll arrange for a free return label if needed
- Receive priority processing for your replacement or refund
