3.3 Hygiene Products

Due to hygiene regulations, certain items cannot be returned once opened, including:

  • Basin wastes & traps
  • Bath wastes & traps
  • Opened bath and shower accessories

4. Ordering Process

When you place an order, you’re making an offer to purchase which we may accept or decline. Order confirmation emails do not constitute acceptance.

4.2 Pricing

All prices are in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, even after an order is placed.

  • Free Shipping: For orders over £50 via EMS, delivered in 15-25 business days after dispatch with basic tracking

You must inspect goods upon delivery. Report any damage or discrepancies within 48 hours to qualify for replacement or refund.

6. Returns and Refunds

We offer a 15-day return window from the delivery date for most items. To initiate a return:
